Winner of the 1953 and 1954 Indy 500s. His 1953 Speed: 127.74 mph and 1954 Speed: 130.84 mph. He led an astounding 71.7% of laps that he drove at Indy. Many referred to Vukovich as the greatest driver ever in American motorsport. He was killed in a massive crash while leading the 1955 Indy 500.
