Woman w Red Bag is based on part of a photo taken at the Somerset Collection in Troy, Michigan. Two shoppers were having a conversation on the moving walkway between the two parts of the mall. After spending many hours in photoshop I was able to reduce the photo to the image you see. I love how the jagged shapes transform into squares, and the squares into circles! This piece looks abstract when you stand close to it but when you move away the woman in the image becomes apparent.
This limited edition serigraph was printed one color at a time on deckled edge fine art paper.
